Founded in 2006, this year Tall Trees marks 20 years partnering with organisations to navigate change and strengthen leadership and team capability. As organisational and people challenges have grown in complexity, our work has evolved alongside them. To reflect the scope of our practice today, we have relaunched as Tall Trees GmbH, evolving from Tall Trees Executive Coaching to offer an integrated approach to strategic planning, organisational development, and leadership growth through seminars and retreats, workshops, programmes, and executive and team coaching.

Tall Trees has supported organisations at key moments of transition, growth, and uncertainty. Our experience shows that sustainable outcomes are achieved when leaders and teams are given the space, structure, and challenge to think clearly, make informed decisions, and work together effectively. This practical, partnership-based approach continues to guide our work today, helping organisations build capability, alignment, and resilience for the long term.
