Facilitating Growth by Unlocking Human Potential

The Tall Trees Journal is a collection of reflections from our coaches on leadership, growth, human connection and interpersonal communication. Drawing on  conversations from coaching rooms, and observations in leadership programmes, and team workshops, these articles explore what it truly means to lead and work and communicate effectively in today’s  complex environments.

Rather than offering quick fixes or generic advice, this Journal invites thoughtful reflection. Our coaches share perspectives shaped by experience, curiosity, and deep respect for the people and organisations we work with. Each piece is intended to support leaders and teams to pause, gain insight, and grow in ways that are both sustainable and meaningful.

Leading Introverts

Understanding the nuances of communication and working styles within a team remains a challenge for many leaders. For extroverted leaders, working effectively with more introverted team members often requires a deliberate and thoughtful adjustment in approach.

Perception

What began as a routine eye test became a powerful metaphor for how we interpret the world. This article explores how our minds fill in the gaps when clarity is missing, and why coaching helps us see more accurately, think more broadly, and lead with greater intention.
