Coaching and Therapeutic Background

Anna works with people and with what happens between them. As a Dance and Movement Therapist, she supports individuals from a wide range of social and professional contexts, across different phases of their lives.

Her work is grounded in relationships, relational dynamics, and the body as a source of experience, information, and change. She is deeply curious about movement and interaction, within and between people, and how small shifts can create meaningful impact.

Her therapeutic background shapes the way she creates space: with clarity, presence, and a strong sense of responsibility for growth and development.

Anna’s coaching perspective developed through her role as a coaching assistant to Alex Jones, where she supported coaching processes and gained insight into how sustainable development is created in professional environments.

Anna’s professional path bridges three worlds.

Twelve years in hospitality shaped her understanding of teamwork in real conditions: communication under pressure, fast-paced environments, leadership in demanding situations, and staying connected to people even when systems are stretched. It gave her a grounded perspective on working life — where performance and relationships are equally required.

With a background in business administration, she understands organisations from within: structures, processes, responsibilities, and decision-making. This allows her to support development in a way that is both human and aligned with business realities.

For the past five years, she has worked as a Dance and Movement Therapist with people from diverse backgrounds. In her work, the body is central — not as an addition, but as a direct pathway to insight and transformation. It often reveals patterns and resources faster than words.

Anna’s work focuses on

  • Embodied communication and awareness
  • Non-verbal communication
  • Team dynamics and team development
  • Recognising inner and interpersonal tensions

Anna works with individuals and teams to strengthen the relationship to self and others, with a focus on relational dynamics and non-verbal communication.

She creates spaces where people can explore how they show up in connection, how relational patterns emerge, and how small shifts in awareness can lead to meaningful change.

Her work supports people in moving beyond automatic patterns towards greater presence, clarity, and responsiveness in communication. By integrating body-based therapeutic expertise with a coaching-oriented approach, she enables teams to build trust, deepen understanding, and develop more sustainable ways of working together.

Anna works from the understanding that body, emotion, thought, and relationship are deeply interconnected — and that lasting change often begins with a small, embodied shift.

She follows a holistic approach that connects organisational needs with human presence and emotional intelligence.

By combining therapeutic expertise with a coaching mindset, she is able to deepen coaching processes without turning them into therapy — while bringing therapeutic awareness into professional contexts in a clear and goal-oriented way.
